Just a quick note to remind you that bird projects are due this week. To finish off this unit of work I would like your child to participate in the Aussie Backyard Bird Count Oct 23rd-Oct 29th. If you search “Aussie Backyard Bird Count” it will take you to the website which has all the details of how to log in and what to do. I have included this as part of homework to be completed this week.
First thing in the morning or late in the evening are good times for bird observation. I would appreciate your support with this activity. It puts their learning into a meaningful context, contributing nationally to provide data on the biological diversity of our feathered friends.
