Homework – Week 7 

Word Study – Complete sentence work for CUT, DANGEROUS, DARK and DECIDE by Friday. A minimum of 16 and maximum of 20 sentences.

N Facts– We have covered the 2,3,4,5,6 tables this term so far. Practice for 5 minutes each day one or more of these tables you have difficulty remembering.

Reading – 10 minutes or more nightly. Record books either completed or partially read.

 

SCHOOL CAMP – Tomorrow Wednesday 14th March is officially the last day to make payment. 

 

WORD STUDY – Each week as part of vocabulary we look at a variety of words concentrating mainly on those commonly used in children’s writing. They are expected to write well thought out sentences that clearly show the meaning of the word as well as being correctly punctuated.

HERE ARE SOME OUTSTANDING PIECES OF WORK – The key word is in bold.

I had to carve a statue of the Sydney Opera House.

I told the hairdresser to trim the sides of my hair and to leave the top.
